The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held on the same date.Ms. Yadav, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Membership Number: A61470), brings experience in governance, compliance, and secretarial functions within listed entities. She holds a commerce degree and will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel of the company, as per Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013.
The Board meeting commenced at 12:00 pm and concluded at 12:30 pm. Ms. Yadav is not related to the company or its directors, KMPs, or employees.
