Torrent Power Acquires 100% Stake in Onix-One Enersol Private Limited
Torrent Power Limited announced on March 20, 2026, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Torrent Green Energy Private Limited (TGEPL), has acquired 100% of the equity share capital of Onix-One Enersol Private Limited. The acquisition involved the purchase of 10,000 equity shares at a face value of ₹ 10 each, for a total consideration of ₹ 1,00,000 from Nikhil Hareshbhai Savaliya and Divyeshkumar Mansukhlal Savaliya.Onix-One Enersol Private Limited, incorporated on July 31, 2023, recorded a turnover of ₹ 19.44 crore in fiscal year 2025 and ₹ 2.07 crore in fiscal year 2024. The entity operates in the electricity generation from renewable energy sector.
According to Torrent Power, the acquisition supports ongoing and upcoming client commitments, as connectivity has been secured and land has been identified. Torrent Power is an integrated power player encompassing the entire value chain - power generation, transmission and distribution. The acquisition is not considered a related party transaction.
