Torrent Power Acquires 100% of Onix-One Enersol Private Limited
Torrent Power Limited announced the acquisition of 100% of the equity shares of Onix-One Enersol Private Limited on March 20, 2026. Torrent Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Torrent Power, acquired 10,000 equity shares at a face value of ₹ 10 each for a total consideration of ₹ 1,00,000 from Nikhil Hareshbhai Savaliya and Divyeshkumar Mansukhlal Savaliya.The acquisition of Onix-One Enersol, which had a turnover of ₹ 19.44 crore in fiscal year 2025, will enable Torrent Power to support ongoing and upcoming client commitments, as connectivity has been secured and land has been identified. Onix was incorporated on July 31, 2023, and reported a turnover of ₹ 2.07 crore in fiscal year 2024.
The acquisition is a cash transaction and does not constitute a related party transaction. Torrent Power is an integrated power player encompassing power generation, transmission and distribution.
