Titan Company Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals and their immediate relatives, effective March 24, 2026. The closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board of Directors meeting scheduled to consider the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting will be communicated separately.
