Titaanium Ten Enterprise Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective Tuesday, April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for regulating insider trading, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the half-year and year ended March 31, 2026. During this period, employees, directors, key managerial personnel, and designated persons, along with their immediate relatives, are restricted from trading in the company’s equity shares.
The date for the board meeting to consider and declare the audited financial results for the period ended March 31, 2026, will be announced subsequently.
Central Depository Services (India) Limited is the designated depository for the company, restricting trading by designated persons by freezing PAN at the security level for ISIN INE765L01017, in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023.
