New Delhi, India – Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure Limited announced the dissolution of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tinna Rubber B.V., based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, effective February 28, 2025. The decision follows a period where the subsidiary remained non-operational since its inception. The dissolution was completed pursuant to a certificate of liquidation received from the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce.

According to a filing, Tinna Rubber B.V. contributed Nil turnover, revenue, income, and net worth during the last financial year due to its non-operational status.
