Financial Details Regarding the Division
According to disclosures, the division contributed Rs. 5.65 crore (2.05%) to the company’s turnover and Rs. 7.10 crore (3.76%) to its net worth during the last financial year.
Transaction Details
The definitive agreements for the sale are expected to be executed at a later date. The completion date and consideration will be determined through mutual agreement between the parties. Currently, no consideration has been received.
Buyer Information
The buyers are Mr. Rangasamy, Mrs. Rathinambal, Mr. Durai Arun, Mr. Saran, and Poomex Clothing Company. None of the buyers are affiliated with the company’s promoters, promoter group, or group companies.
