Telogica Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Telogica Ltd. announced that its trading window will be closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of its financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct.During this period, designated persons, along with their immediate relatives, are prohibited from trading in the company’s securities. The date for the board meeting to approve the financial results will be communicated at a later time.
