TeleCanor Global Ltd. Board Approves Exploration of Industrial Park Development

TeleCanor Global Ltd. announced on March 25, 2026, that its Board of Directors has approved exploring the development of an industrial park project on a 72-acre land parcel located in Rambilli Mandal, Anakapalli District, Andhra Pradesh. The land is owned by the company and is situated near the proposed Google AI hub.

The potential industrial park is envisioned as a “plug-and-play” ecosystem, potentially encompassing manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and ancillary service infrastructure.

A preliminary conceptual plan suggests the following tentative land use allocation, subject to change based on regulatory norms, technical feasibility, and commercial considerations:
SectorAllocation
Manufacturing / Industrial (including high-tech and precision units)~30% - 40%
Logistics & Warehousing~25% - 35%
MSME / Ancillary & Support Units~10% - 20%
Common Infrastructure & Utilities~10% - 15%
Green / Open AreasAs per applicable statutory requirements

Indicative infrastructure considerations for the project include internal road infrastructure, power and water distribution systems, environmental and waste management infrastructure, and common industrial facilities.

Currently, the project is in a preliminary evaluation stage, and no binding agreements have been executed. The final scope, implementation timeline, and financial impact remain to be determined and are contingent upon detailed feasibility studies, regulatory approvals, environmental clearances, and other regulatory requirements.

The Board meeting was held from 9:00 A.M. to 9:25 A.M. The project aligns with TeleCanor Global’s strategy to explore value creation from land assets and diversify business operations. The potential financial impact of the project remains unascertainable at this stage.
