TeamLease Services Ltd. announced on March 20, 2026, that its shareholders have approved changes to the composition of its board through a postal ballot. The voting period commenced on February 18, 2026, and concluded on March 19, 2026.

For the resolution to regularize the appointment of Ms. Mitra as Director (Executive), 142,754,12 votes were cast in favor, and 131 votes were cast against. Regarding her appointment as MD & CEO, 139,851,88 votes were in favor and 290,356 votes against. The change in designation of Mr. Sabharwal received 142,753,06 votes in favor and 238 votes against. Finally, the change in designation of Mr. Reddy garnered 142,753,07 votes in favor and 237 votes against.
