Tanla Platforms Limited confirmed the resignations of two senior management personnel, Mr. M.P. Sunil Kumar and Mr. Sandeep Kapoor, detailing the changes in the company's leadership structure.

Mr. M.P. Sunil Kumar, who held the position of Chief Growth Officer - Asia & Middle East and is classified as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), resigned from Tanla Platforms Limited. His resignation was effective immediately, following a resignation letter dated April 06, 2026, citing personal reasons.
