Tainwala Chemicals and Plastics (India) Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for securities dealings. The closure, mandated by the company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities by Insiders of the Company' and SEBI regulations, began on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
