T.T. Limited Announces Promoter Group Share Acquisition
T.T. Limited announced that T.T. Brands Limited, a member of the Promoter Group, acquired 1,32,455 equity shares of T.T. Limited between March 18, 2026, and March 20, 2026.According to a regulatory filing, before the acquisition, the Promoter Group held 88,567,108 shares, representing 34.282% of the total share/voting capital. Following the acquisition, the Promoter Group’s holding increased to 88,699,563 shares, representing 34.333% of the total share/voting capital.
The acquisition was made through open market transactions. The equity share capital and total voting capital of T.T. Limited remain at 25,83,10,944.
The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
