Symphony Ltd. announced that Amit Kumar’s resignation as Executive Director and Group CEO will be effective from the close of business hours on March 27, 2026. This follows a previous notification on January 28, 2026, regarding Kumar’s intention to resign.Kumar’s resignation letter, which details his reasons for leaving to pursue other interests and opportunities, is available as an attachment. As a result of his departure from the Board, Kumar will also cease to hold membership in the Risk Management Committee, effective immediately.
In his resignation letter, Kumar expressed gratitude to CMD Achalbhai, MD Corporate Affairs Nrupeshbhai, and the Board for their support and guidance. He also offered to support the transition process.
