Swastik Pipe Limited Settles Loan with Vivriti Capital Limited
Swastik Pipe Limited announced on March 25, 2026, that it has completed a One-Time Settlement (OTS) with Vivriti Capital Limited regarding a loan account. The company made a payment and settled the outstanding dues.As a result of the OTS, Vivriti Capital Limited has issued a no-dues certificate confirming the completion of the loan, which was originally sanctioned on August 26, 2024, under Ref. No. VCL/SCF/SPL/FY24-25/001 for a facility amount of Rs. 8,00,00,000.
The company is continuing discussions with other lenders to pursue OTS or restructuring on a bilateral basis.
In a separate communication dated March 24, 2026, Vivriti Capital Limited stated that all pending litigations filed against Swastik Pipes Limited and its guarantors will be withdrawn by the Lender before the concerned Court/Tribunal.
