Swarnsarita Jewels India Limited to Hold Independent Directors Meeting
Swarnsarita Jewels India Limited announced that a meeting of its Independent Directors will be held on March 30, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. (IST) in Mumbai.The meeting's agenda includes a review of the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board of Directors as a whole. Additionally, the meeting will assess the performance of the chairperson, considering the perspectives of executive and non-executive directors. The quality, quantity, and timeliness of information flow between the company’s management and the board of directors will also be evaluated to ensure the board can effectively fulfill its duties. Other matters may be discussed with the permission of the chair
The meeting will be held at Office No. 104, First Floor, 17/19, Swarn House, Dhanji Street, Zaveri Bazaar, Mumbai-400003. Deepak Suthar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, made the announcement.
