Swadha Nature Ltd. Closes Trading Window Ahead of Financial Results Announcement
Swadha Nature Ltd., formerly known as MS Securities Limited, announced the closure of its trading window for company securities. The restriction applies to promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, key managerial personnel (KMPs), insiders, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives.The trading window closure commenced on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are declared. This action is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and related SEBI circulars dated August 5, 2022, and July 19, 2023, as well as the company’s “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons.”
Designated persons, along with their dependants and immediate relatives, are prohibited from engaging in any securities transactions involving the company’s shares during this period.
The date for the board meeting to discuss and publish the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, will be announced shortly.
