Surat Trade and Mercantile Limited Announces Trading Window Closure​

Surat Trade and Mercantile Limited, formerly known as Surat Textile Mills Limited, announced the closure of its trading window on March 23, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Report Trading by Designated Persons, as stipulated by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The trading window will remain closed starting April 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the Board of Directors approves the audited financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.

The date for the Board Meeting to review and approve these financial results will be communicated to the BSE Limited in due course.

This notification has also been made available on the company website at www.stml.in.
