Supreme Petrochem Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for dealings in the company’s securities. This action is in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, until the completion of 48 hours following the declaration of the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
