Sundaram Finance Board Approves ₹17,000 Crore Fundraise Through Non-Convertible Debentures​

Sundaram Finance Limited announced on March 27, 2026, that its Board of Directors has approved a plan to raise up to ₹17,000 crore during the financial year 2026-27. The fundraise will be achieved through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, potentially in multiple tranches.

The Board meeting, which took place from 10:00 A.M. to 11:50 A.M., authorized the fund raising initiative. P.N. Srikant, CCO & Company Secretary, provided the update.
