This closure is in accordance with the company's internal procedures and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the period ending March 31, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours following the public disclosure of these results to the stock exchanges.
