Amin is acting as an acquirer along with Kandarp Amin as a Person Acting in Concert (PAC).According to the disclosure, prior to the acquisition, Suchit K. Amin held 17,76,458 shares, representing 8.66% of the total share/voting capital and 8.66% of the total diluted share/voting capital of Archit Organosys Limited.
