Subex Limited Appoints Stephane Le Letty as Additional Director​

Subex Limited announced the appointment of Stephane Raymond Marie Le Letty as an Additional Director, effective March 25, 2026. The appointment was made following a recommendation by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Le Letty will serve as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director until the date of the company’s ensuing Annual General Meeting or three months from the date of appointment, whichever occurs first. Subject to shareholder approval, he will continue as a director and be liable to retire by rotation.

Stephane Le Letty brings over two decades of leadership experience across global telecommunications, enterprise technology, and innovation-driven ecosystems. He previously held the position of Director of Communication and Media Services Research and Development for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, overseeing a portfolio of mobile core networks, 5G technologies, and operations support systems deployed with over 350 telecommunications service providers. He also served as Vice President of the Secured Communicating Solutions Cluster, an innovation ecosystem with more than 320 industrial participants.

Prior to Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Le Letty held leadership positions at Thales and Alcatel. He holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Computer Science from the University of Rennes, France, and a Master’s degree in Finance, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrency.

Le Letty is not debarred from holding the office of director pursuant to any order passed by SEBI or any such authority.
