This action is in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, which aligns with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed for 48 hours following the public announcement of the company’s audited standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. During this period, insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, as well as others with access to insider information, are prohibited from trading in the company's shares.
