SRG Fingrow Finance Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company's internal procedures and conduct guidelines for regulating, monitoring, and reporting trading by designated individuals, and in line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. During this period, designated individuals including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are restricted from engaging in any transactions involving the company's securities.
