SPML Infra Ltd. Grants Additional ESOPs to Employees
SPML Infra Ltd. announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 108,531 options to eligible employees under the SPML ESOP Scheme 2021 on March 28, 2026. These options will be converted into 108,531 equity shares of the company upon exercise.The announcement was made to the National Stock Exchange (NSE Scrip Code: SPMLINFRA) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE Scrip Code: 500402).
