Mumbai – March 23, 2026 – Sobhagya Mercantile Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved the issuance of 13,01,000 convertible warrants to Non-Promoters on a preferential basis. The move aims to raise additional capital for the company.

The warrants will be issued at a price of Rs. 674.49 each, with a face value of Rs. 10 and a premium of Rs. 664.49. This transaction is expected to generate Rs. 87,75,11,490 for the company. Allottees will be required to pay 25% of the warrant issue price at the time of allotment.

An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) has been scheduled for April 20, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. to obtain shareholder approval for these matters. The meeting will be conducted through video conferencing and other audio-visual means. The record date for determining voting eligibility is April 13, 2026. PDTS and Associates has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
