SKF India Limited Announces Board Appointments Following Shareholder Approval​

SKF India Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointments of Antonio Molle, Bastian Thomas, and Magnus Lennart Prick as Directors at a postal ballot concluded on March 17, 2026. The appointments were initially recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on January 10, 2026, with the appointments effective January 13, 2026.

Director Details:

  • Antonio Molle (DIN: 11400478) has been appointed as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Molle holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cassino University and is currently SKF Group Global Operations Director Automotive Global Operations Director. He has over 30 years of experience within SKF Group Companies.
  • Bastian Thomas (DIN: 11414682) has been appointed as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Thomas holds a degree in Business Engineering from the University of Applied Science, Munich, and is currently Director - Head of Sales Americas, EMEA & India. He has over 20 years of experience.
  • Magnus Lennart Prick (DIN: 11342653) has been appointed as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Prick holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Bachelor of Business Administration, and is currently Head of Automotive Corporate Legal. He has over 15 years of experience.



The terms of appointment for each director are as per the company's agreement and policy.
