Promoter Navin Chand Suchanti acquired 63,000 shares through open market transactions on March 23, 2026.Following the acquisition, Navin Chand Suchanti’s holding increased to 3,307,366 shares, representing 6.45% of the company’s equity. Other promoters also hold shares in the company. Niren Chand Suchanti holds 12,215,498 shares (23.83%), Pramina Suchanti holds 7,144,066 shares (13.94%), Preeti Suchanti Khicha Shah holds 2,294,114 shares (4.47%), Pooja Suchanti Shah holds 2,294,114 shares (4.47%), Sara Suchanti holds 2,294,114 shares (4.48%), Pressman Properties Private Limited holds 2,514,350 shares (4.91%), and Pressman Realty Private Limited holds 492,178 shares (0.96%).
Prior to the acquisition, Navin Chand Suchanti held 3,244,366 shares (6.33%), while Niren Chand Suchanti held 6,33% shares, Pramina Suchanti held 23.83% shares, Preeti Suchanti Khicha Shah held 4.47% shares, Pooja Suchanti Shah held 4.47% shares, Sara Suchanti held 4.48% shares, Pressman Properties Private Limited held 4.91% shares, and Pressman Realty Private Limited held 0.96% shares.
Sinclairs Hotels Limited's total equity share capital stands at 5,12,60,000 shares with a face value of Rs. 2 each, totaling Rs. 10,252,000.
