Simbhaoli Sugars Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the release of the company’s audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. This measure is implemented to regulate trading activities by designated individuals as per the company’s code of conduct.
During this period, designated individuals and their immediate relatives, classified as insiders under the PIT Regulations, are prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving the company’s securities.
