Silver Touch Technologies Announces Trading Window Closure
Silver Touch Technologies Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The restriction, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be effective from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will remain in place until 48 hours after the release of the company's audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.The date for the board meeting to consider the audited financial results will be announced subsequently. During this period, designated persons and insiders are prohibited from trading in the company's securities.
