
Shyama Computronics and Services Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Shyama Computronics and Services Ltd. (formerly Shyama Infosys Limited) announced the closure of its trading window, effective April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company's internal code of conduct for preventing insider trading, as mandated by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until the conclusion of a board meeting where the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, will be approved.
The company has designated National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as the designated depository participant to restrict trading by designated persons by freezing PAN at the security level, in compliance with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124.
