Shukra Pharmaceuticals Closes Trading Window Ahead of Financial Results Announcement
Shukra Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for company securities, effective from Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The restriction applies to promoters, members of the promoter group, directors, key managerial personnel, insiders, designated persons, connected persons, and their immediate relatives.The trading window closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and related SEBI circulars dated August 5, 2022, and July 19, 2023. This measure prevents trading activity during the period preceding the announcement of the company’s financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
Designated persons and connected individuals are prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving Shukra Pharmaceuticals securities during the trading window closure.
The date for the board meeting to approve and publish the financial results will be announced subsequently.
