Kolkata – Shri Vasuprada Plantations Ltd. announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals and their immediate relatives, effective April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI regulations regarding insider trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are declared. The date of the board meeting for the financial results announcement will be communicated subsequently.
