Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited Announces Promoter Group Share Acquisition
New Delhi, India – March 31, 2026 – Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited (SBCL) announced that members of its Promoter & Promoter Group acquired shares through open market purchases on March 27 and March 30, 2026. The total acquisition comprised 241,000 equity shares, representing approximately 0.42% of the company's equity share capital.The acquisitions included 86,750 shares by Mr. Kabir Ghumman, 86,750 shares by Mr. Sumer Ghumman, and 67,500 shares by Sirmaur Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Limited, founded in 1984 and headquartered in New Delhi, manufactures and sells thermostatic bimetal/trimetal strips for switching components used in electrical, electronics, automotive, and industrial applications. The company also produces shunt resistors for the automotive and industrial equipment segments, benefitting from rising demand for switchgear, battery management, and smart metering systems.
With plants in Chambaghat and Kather, Solan, Shivalik serves over 300 clients globally and employs approximately 1,000 people.
