Sharika Enterprises Limited (SEL) has announced the closure of its trading window, effective April 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure precedes the release of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the audited financial results become publicly available. During this period, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are restricted from trading in the company's equity shares.
