The acquisition took place on March 25, 2026, and the company was intimated on March 26, 2026.Following the acquisition, Sabbella’s total holding in the company increased to 89,28,859 equity shares, representing 22.77% of the company’s outstanding shares. Prior to the acquisition, his holding was 88,08,859 shares, equivalent to 22.46%. The total value of the transaction was ₹1,69,67,500.
