This transaction follows an earlier intimation regarding the allotment of 1,00,00,000 Fully Convertible warrants of face value of ₹10/- each.The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors conducted its meeting on April 08, 2026. During this meeting, the Committee allotted 6,27,778 equity shares, each having a face value of ₹10/-. These shares were allotted upon the conversion of 6,27,778 warrants.
The conversion was executed upon the receipt of ₹337.5/- per warrant, which represents the balance 75% of the issue price of ₹450/- per warrant. This transaction aggregated to ₹21,18,75,075/- (Rupees Twenty One Crore Eighteen Lakh Seventy Five Thousand and Seventy Five Only).
