Setco Automotive Corrects Investor IRR Waiver Amount
Setco Automotive Ltd. has issued a corrigendum to a previous announcement concerning a waiver of accrued Investor Internal Rate of Return (IRR) by its material subsidiary, Setco Auto Systems Private Limited (SASPL). The initial announcement, dated March 20, 2026, contained an inaccurate figure.The correct amount of accrued Investor IRR waived for the Financial Year 2025-26 is ₹66.46 crore, a revision from the previously stated ₹75.50 crore.
Setco Automotive also received in-principle approval from BSE Limited on March 30, 2026, regarding this matter. All other details within the original intimation remain accurate.
