The sale occurred on March 23, 2026, with a total value of ₹29,37,50,000.The transaction involved 12 million units sold on the BSE Limited and 11.5 million units on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Following the sale, SEPL Energy Private Limited holds 98.5 million units, representing a 3.85% stake in Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust.
