Mumbai – March 30, 2026 – SEPL Energy Private Limited, the sponsor of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, sold 20,00,000 units of the trust on March 27, 2026. The transaction involved sales on both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.The total value of the sale was Rs. 25,00,00,000. Following the sale, SEPL Energy Private Limited holds 17,25,000 units, representing a 0.67% stake in Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust. Prior to the transaction, the company held 37,25,000 units, constituting 1.46% of the total units.
