The property, located at Building No. 01 Bijapur Road Bhagli, Sumerpur, Pali, Rajasthan 306126, was the subject of the operation, conduction, and management services.
The company stated that the agreement is set to stand terminated with effect from May 31, 2026, following a management decision by the Company.
Regarding the operational impact, Sayaji Hotels Ltd. confirmed that the termination of the agreement does not have a significant impact on the Net worth of the Company.
