Sawaca Enterprises Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, officers, and designated employees, effective immediately from April 1, 2026. This measure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s own code of conduct.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are declared. The date for the board meeting to consider and announce the financial results will be communicated at a later time.
