Satin Creditcare Network Ltd. announced that its Working Committee of the Board of Directors approved the terms and conditions for the issuance of up to 5,000 subordinated, unsecured, listed, rated, taxable, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis. The debentures will carry a coupon rate of 12% per annum, payable monthly. The deemed date of allotment is March 30, 2026, and the final redemption date is September 30, 2031.
