Sastasundar Ventures Ltd., now operating as Health X Platform Limited, announced that Promoter Banwari Lal Mittal acquired 7,663 equity shares in a market purchase. The transaction took place on March 16, 2026, with a total value of ₹21,26,214.13 (inclusive of taxes).Following the acquisition, Mr. Mittal’s total holdings in the company increased to 1,07,76,223 equity shares, representing 33.8763% of the company's capital. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Mittal held 1,07,68,560 shares, equivalent to 33.8522% of the company’s capital.
There were no derivative transactions executed by the promoter, employee or director.
