AKPPL holds rights to develop a 66 MW hydro power plant in Arunachal Pradesh. The acquisition will add 66 MW to the group's portfolio of green energy generation. The government of Arunachal Pradesh has approved the acquisition. The cost of the acquisition is valued at an enterprise value of ₹ 25 crore, subject to adjustments, and completion is expected immediately upon execution of required agreements and achievement of pre-conditions. AKPPL was incorporated in 2010 and has secured significant approvals and land for the hydropower project.
