Saptarishi Agro Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.The trading window will remain closed for directors, promoters, promoter groups, designated persons, specified connected persons, and their immediate relatives until forty-eight hours after the announcement of the company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2025-2026.
