Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Limited reported ₹8784 million in revenue from operations for FY 2025. The company’s operating profit increased by 13%, and profit after tax rose by 33%.

The company has undergone several significant changes recently, including investments curtailed in 2021, a hived-off Nutra business, a demerger finalized in June 2024, voluntary recalls in July 2024, and a successful listing on the exchange in September 2024. A new identity and workplace were established in December 2024, followed by relaunches of DePURA 60k, Combiflam suspension, Allegra, and DePURA Kids throughout 2025.

In March 2026, the company hired 60 new employees to build talent within its Consumer Healthcare division (FMCH), unlocked marketing initiatives, and established a build-out of its GTM. Inventory ownership transfer also occurred. CD&R acquired a controlling stake in the CFC business globally, and the Sanofi CHC business was renamed Opella. The last mile separation of the supply chain from Sanofi India was also implemented.

The company noted that 53 million Indians are accessing health-related information online, 26% of consumers self-medicate, and 15% seek advice from chemists, highlighting the growing opportunity in the self-care market.
