KG ('SMR Real Estate'), based in Germany. The dissolution was confirmed by the Commercial Register on March 17, 2026, following an application submitted by SMR Real Estate.SMR Real Estate was not carrying out any business operations. As a result, the turnover or revenue or income and net worth contributions of SMR Real Estate were Nil during the last financial year.
The dissolution does not involve any sale or disposal, and therefore details related to agreements, completion dates, consideration, buyers, related party transactions, or scheme of arrangement are not applicable.
