Sacheta Metals Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct for regulating insider trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the release of the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. All designated individuals and their immediate relatives are prohibited from engaging in any transactions involving the company's shares during this period.
